Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:     •    The item is unused and in original condition     •    All original packaging and tags are intact     •    The item is Not a Personalised Product     •    Proof of purchase is provided (Order Number) Please note: Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. 2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product:     •    Is faulty or not of acceptable quality     •    Does not match the description or perform as advertised     •    Is significantly different from the sample or demo model shown If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:     •    A description of the issue     •    Photographic evidence, if applicable     •    Your order number We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. 3. Exclusions We do not accept returns on:     •    Perishable goods     •    Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons     •    Personalised/custom-made products     •    Items marked as “Final Sale” unless faulty 4. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@luxeblucreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. 5. Processing Time Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Shipping Within Australia We offer the following shipping options: •Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days •Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on your location and courier delays. 3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD 4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the link provided. 5. Delivery Issues If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@luxeblucreations.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier and provide support as needed. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information. 6. International Shipping Currently, we do offer international shipping. If available, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
